What information is required for the application?
In order to use KOMOJU's commercial environment (LIVE mode), you must complete an application and review. In this page, we explain the information you need to submit in the application form and the required documents.

< 1 > Incorporation Certificate (for corporation) ／ Sole Proprietorship (for sole proprietor)
- Incorporation Certificate: Please present a document issued by the public institution that shows the company name and registered company address.
- Sole Proprietorship: Please present a document issued by the public institution that shows the applicant's name and registered address.
< 2 > Personal identification of the company representative or applicant (one of the following)
- Passport or Driver's License or ID Card
*Please make sure to submit those with expiration dates that are still valid.
< 3 > Personal identification of Ultimate Beneficial Owner (one of the following)

Ultimate Beneficial Owners are persons that directly or indirectly possess company ownership of 25% or more, or have the ability to exercise significant control. If your company does not have any UBO, or is publicly traded, please enter your company's representative information here.

5) Bank Account
Enter the account information to which sales proceeds are to be credited.
*If you do not enter the correct information, we will not be able to remit the sales proceeds.
*If reassembling occurs due to the wrong information about your new bank account, the reassembling transaction fee and bank transfer fee will be charged to you. Please double-check to make sure everything is correct on the filled-out form.
