【KOMOJU Terminal】How to take photos of store exteriors / products and services
This page explains how to take “store exterior” and “product/service” photos to be submitted at the time of application.
■ About the photos of store's exterior
＜What to include＞
- Please take a panoramic (wide angle photos that cover the store end to end) photo so that the store name and entrance are visible.
- Ensure that the photo clearly shows the storefront without any obstructions.
＜What to avoid＞
- Avoid capturing personal vehicles’ license plates or other businesses’ private information.
- Avoid capturing any people in the photo without their consent.
- Ensure that NO people, large vehicles, or temporary objects block the view of your storefront or its name.
- Avoid taking photo from too far away making the store and its name difficult to recognize.
- Please do NOT upload any unrelated photos.
*If you are not able to capture photos as guided above because of the nature of your business (e.g. you provide a plumbing service with no set store/ office), please let us know.
■ About the photos of products and services
【When selling products】
＜What to include＞
- Please take pictures with the item you plan to sell clearly visible in its entirety with no obstacles or other objects blocking the view.
- If you are selling different types of products (e.g., clothing and food), please make sure that each type of product are included in the photos.
- Please provide several photos of the products you plan to sell.
【When selling services】
＜What to include＞
- Take photos of the tools, equipment, or spaces used to provide the service.
- Include pictures of your service area (e.g., salon chairs, massage beds, work van, or service toolkit etc.).
- For home-based or mobile services, include a photo of your work vehicle or other identifiers, such as signage or branding related to your business.
- If possible, provide images that visually represent your services (e.g., staged equipment setup or sample work).
