【KOMOJU Terminal】What are the transaction statuses when using a KOMOJU terminal?

The payment status displayed on the KOMOJU management screen will be as follows.


Captured

The payment is complete and funds have been received by KOMOJU.

Pending

The payment has failed for some reason. Since the payment has not been completed, the customer needs to make the payment again.

Cancelled

This status is displayed when the consumer cancels the payment during the payment process, such as by removing the card during the middle of the payment. To complete the payment, the customer needs to execute the payment again.

Refunded

The payment has been refunded.
