Enable “Manual Capture” in Shopify
*Only when using the new Shopify API is it linked to KOMOJU for this feature.
Manual Capture is a feature of Shopify. Normally, when a payment is completed on KOMOJU, the payment status on KOMOJU is Captured
and the payment status on Shopify is Paid
.
With the Manual Capture feature, after the payment is completed in KOMOJU, the payment status in KOMOJU and Shopify will change to Authorized
. You can manually capture the payment by pressing “Capture payment ” button on Shopify administration page.
*Note:
- This is a per Shopify store setting, so you cannot set up this separately for each payment method. When you set up Manual Capture in your store, all payment methods that can be configured in KOMOJU will be applied.
- The price cannot be changed at the time of Capture. On Shopify, you can change the price upon Capture, but currently KOMOJU does not support this change.
- The authorization period varies for each payment method. Credit Cards "48 hours", Smartphone payments (PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay) "30 days", Rakuten Pay "30 days", and Paidy "30 days", au PAY "90 days" and d Payment "20:00 on the last day of the second following month" .

Log in to the Shopify side of the administration page
*Log in as the account owner of the store.
Select “Settings” => “Payments” in the sidebar
3. Scroll down to the middle of the payment page and select “Don’t fulfill any of the order’s line items automatically” in the Order processing section.
