Can I add users to my account?


You can register additional users (e-mail addresses) who can log in to a single KOMOJU account. This page provides information on how to add users.

<If you are using an existing dashboard>

1. Click the gear mark on the top right and choose 'Account Settings'

  1. Select 'Invite User'

3.  Enter the email address you would like to add and click 'Send invitation e-mail'

 An invitation email will be sent to the email address you added. Once the user adds the password from the email link, the set up of user settings is complete.


<If you are using a newer version of the dashboard>

Log in to KOMOJU and click on " Settings" from the left menu bar and choose "Account details".

Then press "Invite User" in the Users section.

 An invitation email will be sent to the email address you added. Once the user adds the password from the email link, the set up of user settings is complete.

CAUTION: There are restrictions on the functions depending on the authority as follows.

■ Admin: The user has authority to use all KOMOJU functions. The user can also check the report for the entire account.

■ Support: It is possible to view the transactions in KOMOJU and process the refunds. The user can not see reports nor change the account's setting.
