How to use KOMOJU on Wix in test mode

Due to changes in Wix specifications, Wix is no longer able to use the sandbox mode for payment methods in principle. Therefore, it is not possible to use Wix in combination with KOMOJU's TEST mode.


<About the status linkage between Wix and KOMOJU>

Once payment is completed on the consumer's side and the status on the KOMOJU side is “Captured”, the payment status will be automatically linked to the Wix side. (Reference: What are the different payment statuses in KOMOJU?)

If you follow this procedure to set “Payment Completion Email”, you will receive an e-mail from KOMOJU when the payment is completed.


<About Refunds>

If you wish to request a refund via KOMOJU, you can follow the procedure below, however, please note that the status of your refund will not be linked to Wix, so you will need to manually adjust the status on Wix as well.


<About the Purchase flow>

*The checkout screen on the Wix side will show the payment methods like below.

*When using credit card payment, the following will be displayed.


*You will need to submit an application for actual use of the payment method. Please refer to here for the application procedure.

Once the review is completed, you will be able to access Live Mode sequentially.

*Please note that transactions that have already been paid (=Captured status) in Live Mode will be subject to charges for the transaction fee, even if a refund is intended later.
